Trendsetter Homes is a standout home builder in Western Australia. They design and create some of the most imaginative and finely finished homes in Perth and they have the awards to show for it.
We’ve been lucky enough to work with the Trendsetter team for years now and we’re always so impressed by their homes. Filming and photographing them is always an easy job and it gives us something to aspire to!
Task
Trendsetter Homes recently completed this stunning home in Salter Point and held a VIP launch event to celebrate. Before the carpets got all those dirty feet on them our job was to come in and film and photograph the finished home.
Trendsetter wanted to showcase their work which involved not only nice wide shots of the living spaces but also close up shots accentuating their attention to detail.
Approach
We planned this shoot around sunset. While we started filming in the late afternoon, the real shots we were after happened just as the sun was going down. Our cameras on the ground and in the sky captured the transition between daylight and night time and we were able to see the lighting all around the home come to life.
Good thing this Salter Point home looks great at any time of day.
Result
We’ve created showcase videos for a number of Trendsetter Homes but this would have to be our favourite. The design is modern and appealing and the location is enviable.
